At Abhuday Upkar Foundation, we value the trust of our donors, supporters, and participants. Since we operate as a non-profit charitable organization, all contributions and transactions are utilized solely for social and charitable purposes. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms for donations, event registrations, and purchases made through our platforms.


1. Donations

Donations made to Abhuday Upkar Foundation are non-refundable.

Once a donation is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or returned except in cases of:

Duplicate transaction (donor accidentally makes the same payment twice).

Technical error resulting in an incorrect amount being deducted.

Fraudulent transaction proven with valid evidence.

In such cases, donors must inform the Foundation within 7 working days of the transaction by providing transaction details and proof of payment.

The refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–15 working days, after verification.


2. Event Registrations & Participation Fees

Registration fees for events, workshops, or programs are generally non-refundable.

If an event is canceled by the Foundation, participants will receive a full refund.

If an event is postponed, the registration will automatically be transferred to the new date. If the participant cannot attend the rescheduled event, they may request a refund.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days.


3. Sale of Products / Merchandise (if applicable)

Any products or charity items (books, souvenirs, handicrafts, etc.) sold by the Foundation are subject to the following:

Items once sold are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged on delivery.

If you receive a defective/damaged item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with proof (photo/video).

Replacement or refund will be provided after verification.

The Foundation does not offer exchanges for items purchased unless it is a case of wrong/damaged product delivery.


4. Mode of Refund

Refunds (if applicable) will be made through the same mode of payment used for the original transaction (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking).

Cash refunds will not be provided.


5. Responsibility of Donors/Buyers

Donors and buyers are requested to carefully check details before making a transaction.

The Foundation shall not be responsible for mistakes arising from incorrect details entered by the user.
